Terms of Service

Airport Delays provides real-time airport condition information and alerts, using publicly available data from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). The Service is designed for commercial pilots, cabin crew, ground support personnel, and other frequent travelers.

Airport Delays is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the FAA, NOAA, or any government agency.

Airport Delays is provided for general situational awareness and informational purposes only. It is not an official source of aeronautical information and must not be used as a substitute for official FAA briefings, NOTAMs, dispatch releases, or other required flight planning resources.

You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable regulations, including obtaining official weather briefings and NOTAMs through approved channels. We make no guarantee that information in the app is complete, accurate, or up to date at any given moment, including due to delays or errors in the underlying FAA or NOAA data sources.

The Service is intended for adult users. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction. The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly permit them to create accounts.

To use certain features, you may need to create an account, either through Sign in with Apple, Sign in with Google, or an email and password you provide. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@precisionaeronautics.dev if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except as permitted by law
• Use automated means to scrape or extract data from the Service without our prior written consent
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person or entity

The Service relies on third-party data and platforms, including FAA and NOAA public data, Apple Maps (on iOS), Amazon Web Services, and app store platforms (Apple App Store, and Google Play in the future). Your use of these third-party services may be subject to their own separate terms.

The Service, including its design, branding, text, and underlying software, is owned by Precision Aeronautics LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DATA PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR CURRENT AT ALL TIMES.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRECISION AERONAUTICS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY RELIANCE ON INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE FOR OPERATIONAL OR FLIGHT-RELATED DECISIONS.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Service or other users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
